1. from your left menu click on create group
2. you will go to another page to create your new group, now click on create new group
3. choose your group name,members and privacy then click on create .
4.choose an icon for your new group or skip it .
second way to create a group on facebook :
if you are a member in any group , you will find create group under the cover of this group .
third way to create a group on facebook :

This information must be old because now upon setting up the new group, there is a box that says Invite people by email, but it won't accept anything I enter here, therefor I cannot proceed.
