to know if you have add friend button or not ..

1. go to your profile ...
2. click on view as ...

look at this picture ... add friend button doesn't exist .

if it doesn't exist,, and you want to recover it , just follow these steps :
1. go to your privacy shortcuts .

2.click on who can connect with me .

3. who can send me friend requests select everyone .

now let's check what we have done ..

1. go to your profile

2. click on view as ...

now you will see add friend button ..
